Good location, everything is clean and in good conditions. Good accomodation for one person. The bed is a little bit hard but nothing too bad. 100% i will come back.

DislikedSuper rude staff. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel staff member before. The staff member actually chucked the card tray across the counter at us when we were checking in. Was very aggressive and used a disparaging tone with us because we had already checked in earlier that day, and she became upset when we let her know we had given our passports to the front desk staff earlier that afternoon. Was ironic to see a quote on the wall about customer service being their top priority. Unfortunately this interaction negatively dampened what could have been a really cool stay. Bathrooms were clean, lots of toilets and showers available. Has a communal space that is free for guests to use, you only have to pay if you are not staying there at the hotel.

DislikedSmell from the toilets and showers. Not enough ventilation. They have a legend. Staff is like shadow. Horrible, only because of them the place has salvation. They shouldn’t be like shadows

LikedThe location was good, was surrounded by places that were walkable distance. Was greeted by the host who provided us with useful information around the place (e.g., places to eat, places to see and public transport), and even met his cat. We stayed in a room on the first floor and had our own little cute backyard.

DislikedThe place was a bit dusty, like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned properly. The host was quite rude when we were checking out, he did a complete 180 on us. He was rushing us out due to a group of people checking in VERY early and was raising his voice at us. Would rather stay at a different place next time due to the host's behaviour.
