The hotel is in a perfect area arranged next to famous food places, mrt station and banks. The room is well kept up and the cleanliness is of top standard in my opinion. Staff is reliably inviting and never come up short to welcome clients all through the day. Free snacks and drinks for guest and visitors. Free of charge clothing including washing machine and dryer. The common area on the 2nd floor could be a superb area and makes a big difference from other hotels. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Taipei.

Convenient location! 24 hours bar with drinks and snacks are so good as restaurants are open at 11-11:30! Allen, April and Lynn provided very good service for my whole family especially for baby and I need to send courier back to Hong Kong. They’re willing to help for everything which is fantastic! Cannot ask for a better location and hotel is located right in the heart of Ximending. However, do note that cars are not allowed directly below the hotel most of the time and you may have to bring your luggage to the main road a few meters away. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Beverages and some snacks are made available for guests the whole day which makes it very convenient and welcoming.

The service was excellent! The service staff were so helpful! They even went out of their way to help us check for certain directions. They offered to loan us umbrellas even though we didn't even know it was raining outside. It just felt like we were staying with friends. The location was ideal! There is a ton of food and shopping right at the doorsteps. The train station is also conveniently located. There is a 24 hr Watsons nearby. Enough said. Though the room was a little cozy, but for the price, location and service, I wouldn't choose another place to stay in if i went back to Taiwan. Staffs are nice, helpful and friendly, and kids would definitely enjoy the 24 hours light snacks area near the counter, value for money and would recommend for stay here.
