DislikedThe first room was very noisy when we opened the window but when we informed the hotel, they immediately accommodated us into a different room. Thank you. Bed sheets smelled weird (not dirty but not a clean smell)

DislikedThe carpark was full and we had to park across the road, about a block away, in a public car park. This is not helpful at all especially since we had to check out early to get to the airport. It would take too much time trying to drive from the carpark to the hotel so we ended up pushing our luggages across the road and walking a block down. The staff were not helpful. Considering the experience we had with other hotels in Jeju, this last night in Jeju was underwhelming.
