LikedThe price is too high for such rtpe of hotel but becuse of the local holiday: such hotel and other hotels talking advantage of the public days-off to hikes price.

I will put in bullet form my experiences in this hotel. 1. I have called them a day before my flight to ask for transfers if they can arranged, they have asked me to go to the website and get their email address and send them an email. I have sent them an email but no response at all 2. When I arrived at 2:00 PM exactly my check in time, they have informed that the room is not available yet, which is okay, so I went out to have lunch first and when I checked and entered the room, I was so disapointed as the room smells very dirty. The bedroom slippers were dirty, side tables were dusty and even the bathroom counters. This is very frustrating as I have booked above average hotel which more expensive than the other hotels nearby. 3. When I told them that the room was dirty they have called staff and they seem so not friendly as they're frustrated that I have complaint, however, after they have cleaned when I went out, they have cleaned the room but the smell was still there. 4. For check out I have ask them if I can check out by 1PM, they asked me if I can check out by 12PM , and I insisted to have it at 1:00 pm but will try my best to go before that. SO DISSAPOINTED again as they have checked me in late and they wont allow me to checkout late as well same time as they asked me to wait for the room that wasn't clean at all. I have the pictures of the room and if you would like me to send please let me know.

Didn’t provide actual room that we had request for Master bed, just give 2 single bed. And we saw that is an empty room for master bed and they don’t want change it to us they just give to the 1 person .
