One of the receptionist staff passing me a phone number. The receptionist staff inform me that the contact number are able to made refundable with Agoda. When I call the number, it is actually fraudster. I lost my money because of the staff

I had an unpleasant experience with the room that I checked-in. There are many issues with the room and I had to raise them to front desk. Thankfully, Rusiani and Artana responded quickly to my concerns and proposed alternative to solve my problems. Their great hospitality and attitude has certainly make my experience in Rani hotel a very positive one. Thank you again Artana and Rusiani!

LikedGreat location in centre area, close to airport. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. TV working , AC working .
