The hotel's proximity to the malls and MTR is convenient. The rooms are very clean, and the staff even offers to clean your room after 4pm. Additionally, each floor has a beverage and ice machine. However, the lines for check-in and check-out can get long. Overall, it was a really nice experience.

LikedBeds and bedding were wonderful, rooms clean, elevators fairly quick, breakfast had lots of fruit and yogurt

LikedVery spacious room. Great pool and gym. Great location. The management was able to accommodate my request for a room change (I was initially assigned a somewhat darker corner room but given a much brighter room on the following day).
DislikedIt is a bit crowded during breakfast, but there is little that the hotel can do about this... It did not bother me much.

LikedThe hotel is located near 'Little India' with plenty of restaurant choices. There are two shopping malls near the hotel. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and include the usual amenities, including an ironing board and fridge. I had a room on the 19th floor with a great view over the city. Staff are friendly and helpful.
DislikedThe air-conditioning in the room worked well but was very noisy (fan and airflow noise) and I had to switch it off. The hotel has one restaurant, which doubles as a 'bar', which is not particularly inviting.

DislikedStaff response was slow, for anything from a bandaid to cutlery. Asking for cutlery to the room is also charged. Room was small and dimly lit.
