Quality Hotel Marlow Hotel

Since I'm a gold with choice hotels, I figured I look into what they offered here. This was an excellent fit: location and price for a one night stay. The lobby area was nice and inviting, the elevator was roomy and the room was good too. We had an superior double with a comfortable bed and a nice work area though there was only one chair. Our breakfast which was included is geared to Asian tastes, but they had a good number of choices at this buffet. It was worth the price. It may not be the best place to stay if you'd like to be near the usual tourist stops but for a one night stopover, it was great.

This is an average hotel which one has to lower the expectation as compared to higher room rate for better grades hotels. But the service shall be good and same regardless of hotel grades. The check in and out was normal or below service standard is particularly concerned about the numbers of issued and returned card keys by guests. The staff looked serious and worked to rule. But credit shall be given to Ms. Maria Surati, a staff in the ground floor cafe serving foods throughout the day, She's friendly, helpful and served with passion and smiles. I particularly like the supper porridge which is value for money, Gym and pool are small. Just another simple stay with no expectations!

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Simone at the front desk who made us feel welcome immediately. We had mentioned the plan to take the Thames water bust of Greenwich the next day to sightsee, and she surprised us in the morning with at the most wonderful bag of lunch and snacks, which made the ideal day a perfect day. Everyone we met at the hotel made us feel as though we were home, comfortable and welcome. Location was very convenient to 3 underground stops. Mind you, there's little night life in the area, but very easy to get anywhere else in Singapore. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable - honestly what more can you ask for.
