It was a crappy stay, we came in a group of 30. All our rooms was assigned to the 7th floor and none of us are able to login to the wifi. Despite us calling the helpdesk a couple of times, nothing was done. We had dinner at the Citra Ayu Restaurant and it took them 1 hour 15 mins to serve us. Hotel pool closed at 7pm. We requested for bottled water as there were none given in the room. It took us 3 phone calls and almost 2 hours to be delivered. Terrible service! Will never stay again.
